REALITY CONTRACT

Sweetheart, if you’re here, it means you’re looking to change your life/mindset. But before we get to the magick, we have to settle the power dynamics. Consider this the "Constract" for our professional relationship. You play by my rules, I give you the keys to the kingdom, and everyone is satisfied.

*Fourth Wall Break:* My lawyer (who is a figment of my imagination and looks surprisingly like Aubrey Plaza) says I have to tell you that by clicking "Gimme," (also known as the "Buy Button" you are legally bound to this nonsense. Don't worry, it's mostly just me telling you not to behave.

01. The Exchange (Ownership)

Everything on this site—the zines, the code, the aesthetic, my literal digital soul—belongs to me. You are buying a license to experience, not ownership of the source code. You can use my work to transform your life, but you cannot "re-mix" it into your own paid product. If I catch you pirating this on some dusty forum, the karma will be swift, and my legal team (the imaginary one) will be very disappointed. (Legally: All IP is reserved by @yoXneo)

02. No Take-Backs (Refund Policy)

Because these are digital goods, once you’ve seen the secrets, you can't "un-see" them. All sales are final. I don't do refunds for "accidental purchases" or because you had a change of heart at 3 AM. If there is a technical glitch (the file won't download, the link is dead), reach out. I'll fix it. But if the glitch is in your mind? I trust you will take full responsibility.

03. The Gumroad Conduit

I use Gumroad,Inc as the vessel for our transaction. They have their own set of "Boring Person Rules" that apply to the money part. By using this site, you’re also agreeing to their Terms of Service. They handle the gold; I handle the vibes.

04. Liability & Sovereignty

I am a creator and a student of reality, not a licensed doctor, therapist, or financial advisor. If you use my advice and suddenly your life changes, that's your doing, congratulations! If you use my advice and nothing happens, or it gets worse... that's also your doing. That sucks :( I am not responsible for your results. You are the operator of your own life. Use this information at your own risk/reward.

If you try to sue me because you didn't manifest a mansion in 24 hours. I will simply assume you were not ready for the information nor did you take any steps to remedy your circumstances. We take full responsibilty for our actions. By reading this, you AGREE.

05. Conduct

I trust that you will be a kind honest human being. I trust you will just buy this fun digital product and move on with your life. If you act like an mortal (aka big meanie head), I reserve the right to ban your email and revoke your access without any refund or remedy of whatever kind. We shall keep things clean and civil like the powerful beings we are.

THE BORING PART: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we actually have to go to court (eew), it’ll happen there. We reserve the right to update these terms whenever the mood strikes us. Your continued use of the site after an update means you’re cool with the new rules.
